Formerly with Blackpool Transport, GHG 346W is an East lancs bodied Leyland Atlantean *This photo was taken in June 05 - on my return visit in December, the remains of it were still in-situ - but the roof was missing, and the sides had been peeled back, due to its cannibalisation for spares for other Atlanteans in the fleet

Many thanks to an anonymous contributor who tells me that Plaxton - bodied JUI 4680 is a Leyland Tiger TRCTL11/3R and was new in 1982 to Trimdon Motor Services as THN 882X.

Plaxton Paramount bodied Volvo B10M F427 DUG began its career with Wallace Arnold.

A recent acquisition is H223 LOM, a Scania N113DRB / Alexander RH, which was new to West Midlands Travel. It was purchased ex-Alec Head. Vehicles of the same series passed to Stagecoach, and some are in operation with Bluebird Buses at present.

Plaxton Beaver - bodied Mercedes-Benz 814D, P646 MSE was new to Keir of Glass.

Another appeal to visitors to help identify this bus. D602 EKS is a Bedford, and carries a Duple 320 coach body.

The registration D602 EKS couldn't be traced. The Ayrways Fleet Manager was able to tell me that, when it arived, the coach carried the registration D2 ONY - does this mean anything to anyone? *Since posting this photo, I have learned that, in fact it was D36 ONY, not D2, when it arrived - that reg can be traced and the coach was new to Bebb Travel, Llantwit Fardre*

Isn't it funny how so many private bus garages seem to double as scrapyards? Leyland Leopard / Plaxton TWH 686T was originally with Lancashire Utd.
